Blair PTO is a parent-led organization made up of families, caregivers, and community members who want to support the students, staff, and school community at John J. Blair Elementary.

We believe strong schools are built through connection, creativity, and shared support. When families and school staff work together, students benefit in meaningful and lasting ways.

A New Chapter for Blair

Blair PTO is part of an exciting new chapter for our school community. As we transition from PTA to PTO, our focus remains the same: supporting students, encouraging teachers, creating memorable experiences, and bringing families together.

Moving to a PTO gives Blair more flexibility to shape programs around our school’s specific needs and opens access to additional local grant opportunities. This transition will help us build new partnerships and expand the ways we support Blair students and staff.

You may still see PTA/O mentioned in some communications during the transition period, but our new website and organization will move forward as Blair PTO.

Who We Are

We are here to strengthen the connection between home and school. We work alongside Blair staff and families to help create a positive, welcoming, and supportive school experience for every child.

We are a community that believes small acts of support can make a big difference. Whether that looks like joining the PTO, volunteering at an event, sponsoring a project, or simply cheering us on, every contribution helps.

What We Do

Blair PTO supports our school in ways that build community and meet real needs.

We help:

• support teachers and classrooms

• create fun family events and school traditions

• encourage volunteer involvement

• provide resources that benefit students and staff

• support school projects and improvement efforts

• build a stronger sense of connection across the Blair community
